Purpose of Data Processing

Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods.

Purchase history data (purchase date, product, quantity, customer details) is used for compiling an overview of purchased goods/services and analyzing customer preferences.

The bank account number is used for processing refunds.

Personal data such as email, phone number, and name is processed to address issues related to providing goods and services (customer support).

The website user’s IP address or other network identifiers are processed for providing the online store as an information society service and for website usage statistics.

Closing an account leads to personal data deletion unless required for accounting or dispute resolution.

Purchase history without an account is retained for three years.

Dispute-related data is retained until claims are fulfilled or the limitation period expires.

Accounting-related personal data is retained for seven years.

Data Deletion

To request data deletion, contact customer support via email. Requests are responded to within a month, specifying the data deletion period.

Data Transfer

Requests for data transfer submitted via email will be processed within a month. Customer support will verify identity and inform the customer about transferable data.

Marketing Communications

Email addresses and phone numbers are used for marketing messages if the customer has given consent. To unsubscribe, use the link in the email footer or contact customer support (welcome@freyafoodbar.ee).

Dispute Resolution

Personal data processing disputes are resolved through customer support (welcome@freyafoodbar.ee; +372 544 708 84). The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
